The Dial Backup Numbers screen contains a list of dial up service numbers for various cities. These numbers can be used for limited access to dial up service if the need ever arises.

With the transition to Broadband internet this feature is mostly deprecated and while dial up backup can assist in certain functions if your primary internet goes down, it is no longer recommended as it does not provide a seamless customer experience.

Instead, we recommend reaching out to your sales team regarding a 4G, or greater, internet backup solution.
