Text Document Editor
Use the Text Document Editor to write and edit text documents on the POS. These can be stored locally for later use or emailed directly from the edit screen.

The text editor has standard document creation features such as the ability to select the font characteristics and to change the position of the text on the screen.

Using the buttons located along the top of the screen will allow you to:
- Create a new document
- Load an existing document
- Deleted a previously saved document
- Save a document to the local hard drive
- Email the open document
- Print the open document
- Exit the text editor
Email Button: Click Email to export and email your text file in a format usable by third-party software applications.

The file will be sent as a 'Rich Text Format' (RTF) and should be readable by WordPad or any similar text editing software.
You may choose to manually enter an email address or choose from a number of saved addresses that are commonly used in your location.
