This guide is intended for Store Management and Staff to access information quickly and easily on day-to-day operations of their PDQPOS system.


It is written with the assumption that the PDQPOS system has already been installed and is operational. For information pertaining to installing and configuring the software, please refer to the PDQPOS Installation Guide. Initial install and setup of the Point-of-Sale software is outside the scope of this document.


This guide is not intended as an operation manual for specific store operations and procedures. Instead, this guide provides a general overview of the operations and procedures pertaining to the the Point-of-Sale system in a general way. Specific store procedures and policies will be provided to you by your management team and are outside the scope of this document.
