Use the Sponsorship Setup feature to configure fundraising campaign partnerships. These partnerships are designed to drive business your way and assist you in raising money for a charitable endeavor. 


Sponsoring a fundraising event is not only a good way to give back to your community but is also a great way to promote your business.




The main screen allows you to see and edit your existing sponsorship relationships. Sponsorship groups are designed to let you 'group' the associations you are partnering with for better reporting. 


In the example below we have a three (3) main groups 'Local High School', 'American Heart Association' and 'Good Cause'. 


These groups are further broken down into subgroups such as: Softball and Basketball teams:

The buttons located along the bottom of the screen allow you to add or edit your groups:

You can report on any of these groups or subgroups using the button located at the top of the screen.

You can use the button to toggle between a detailed and a summary view of the report data.



The Sponsorship Details report shows you the following information:


Group

Group name, this is usually the name of the organization itself such as a school or charity name

Sub-Group

This usually contains the name of the campaign or group within the organization receiving the funds. EX: 'Band Uniforms' or 'Softball Team'

%

The sales percentage you are donating to this group during the campaign. This is the 

$ Goal 

The total dollar value of your contribution. This total is the maximum amount you are going to donate regardless of the actual sales figures

Sponsor $

The value of sales that were made for this campaign. This is the sales amount rounded to the nearest dollar value

Amt Paid

The value that has been paid to the sponsor

Start Date

The date that the campaign started or is projected to start

End Date

Date that the campaign ends

Pay Date

Date that next payment is due to be sent to the campaign organizers 

Pay Due

Amount due to the campaign organizers
