Use the Advanced Configuration screen to configure Driver Mileage Reimbursements (DMR) to ensure your delivery drivers are being compensated the correct amount.


Note: These settings cannot be changed once the day has been opened and drivers have been assigned to deliveries. In order to change these settings you must do so immediately after Z-Out and before assigning drivers. Once drivers have been assigned these options will be grayed out and unchangeable until next Z-Out.

Toggle option on (YES) or off (NO):


DMR Set by Emp. Job Code - When set to YES DMR is configurable per employee instead of a flat configuration for all employees


DMR calculated as Percentage - Drivers receive a percentage of sales delivered rather than by mile.


DMR Field Needs 4 Decimal Places - when calculated as percentage is set to NO changes the DMR field to 4 decimal places


Driver Mile Reimbursement - field toggles between percentage (%) and dollar value ($) depending on 'calculate as percentage' option


Has Cater Charge - when set to YES the drivers do not receive a DMR if the order has a catering charge


DMR Get Charge - when set to YES drivers are paid the catering charge if the order has one. If the order does not have a catering charge they receive the normal DMR


DMR Min\Max Amount - set the minimum and maximum amount the drivers will be paid per delivery


DMR Calc Off Subtotal - when calculate as percentage is set to YES use order sub-total to calculate the percentage paid per delivery
