Each pump can be in one of 6 states depending on if a transaction is in progress or the pump has been reserved. The pump color will automatically change in the interface depending on its status:


  - This is the Default state of the Pump. No transaction is being done, pump waiting for a transaction.



 - Transaction has been Paid but fueling has not started. You can ‘MOVE’ it to new pump or ‘Claim’ the Pump to refund. Shows the amount authorized.



  - Fuel is being Dispensed. Shows the amount that has been dispensed in near time.




  - Customer has hung up the hose with an authorized amount un-dispensed. To pay out the remaining balance select the pump and press ‘CLAIM’ then go to the Pay Screen and refund the balance.




- Pump is in process of a refund. You must complete the refund process to ‘un-claim’ the pump.



  - Pump has been placed Out of Service. To place a Pump In\Out of Service select ‘Move Pump’ and move it to its own pump number.
