Reports
Reports are an important tool in any business as they help to measure progress and give you a snapshot of your performance. You can view sales, labor, and performance measure information.
These reports are designed to be run 'On Demand' by a user with proper permissions. Reports can be run for the current business day or for any previous business day that contains data.
During your End-of-Day (EOD), the system compiles the data for the Back-of-House reports. You can run, view, and print the Back-of-House reports to a designated printer, or they can be emailed to designated recipients in a variety of formats.
Reports are broken out into six (6) sections:

Order Audit |
Shows sales and tax information |

Order Totals |
Displays additional sales information such as hourly sales and product mix |

Driver |
Provides information to assist in tracking driver performance |

Cash Audit |
This section contains information about cash in drawer as well as cash payouts to drivers and servers |
|
Charge Card |
Shows information about credit\charge transactions |
|
Labor |
Displays time clock information as well as a list of employees that have not clocked in for a specific date range |
Some fields can be customized by Signature Systems support staff so there may be slight differences in the descriptors on some report fields in your local system.
