Stool
Stools are the bar area equivalence to full-service tables. You can assign orders to stools and transfer stools to tabs or tables. Like tables stools allow you to keep a ticket open and assign items to it finalizing the order and paying it out when the patron is ready.

To assign an order to a stool you must first have an open order. Ring up your items and select the Stool button and assign the order to an open stool in your bar area:

You can cycle through your bar areas using the buttons located along the bottom left corner of the screen. Stools with open tickets are shown in red with the corresponding order number and timer showing how long the order has been open.
From this screen you can assign tickets to an empty stool, select a stool that has an open ticket to add items to or select the green Manager button to perform functions on a stool.
Select the Manager button and then select a stool that contains an active order:

This brings up the Bar Manager sub menu that allow you to:
- Open Order: selects the stool and opens the order for editing, here you can add or subtract to existing items
- Transfer Order: transfer the order from a stool to a table, tab or server:

You can choose one of the servers from the list or assign to a non-server if required. Use the buttons to filter between servers and all non-servers and between clocked in employees only or all employees:

- Print Order: print out a copy of the order
- Void Items: void out individual items from the ticket:


Select the item you wish to void from the order pad and press the Void Selected button to remove it from the order.

If a selected main item has more than one ordered (quantity greater than 1) you can also modify the quantity by selecting the item first and next selecting Modify Item
and inputting a new quantity.
