If a patron opens a tab in the bar area and later moves to a different area or to a table or a specific server you can use the Transfer function to have their open ticket follow them.



Orders that have been placed on a tab or assigned to a stool can be transferred to other areas of your restaurant. First choose the Recall Tab or Recall Stool button depending on which order type you are moving:

Next select the button to initiate the transfer and choose the area to transfer the ticket to:

Depending on where the order is assigned choose the appropriate transfer option.


  • Table: assign the ticket to a full service table
  • Server: ticket it assigned to an individual server. This option does not move the order from the stool or tab. The server will see the assigned order next time they log in to a station.
  • Bar Tab: moves the order to a tab
  • Bar Stool: assign the ticket to a stool in a bar area
