Job Code Setup
Job Codes are used to track what jobs your employees are doing throughout the day. You may have an employee who works as an Assistant Manager during the week and as a Driver on weekends. Assigning both of those job codes to them allows you to track different pay rates and labor types easily and efficiently. When an employee has more than one job code available they will be prompted to choose which job to use when clocking in.

Select the Job Code you wish to modify from the available list. This will bring up a list of options for the selected job code:

Note: License and Insurance expiration dates are set on a per employee basis under the Staff manager screen.
- If you need to add a new job code use the
button along the top of the screen.
- Use the
if you want to delete a job code that is no longer in use.
- The
button allows you to save all your edits and exit the screen.
- Pressing the
button will discard all your edits and exit the screen.
