If your VDU is a touch screen and not controlled by a Bump Bar selecting the Order Header will let you drill down to see additional Order Information screen. 


If the VDU is connected to a Bump Bar you can access this feature using the bump bar 'Order Details' function:

Here you can view any customer information, times for the order, as well as a copy of the order pad and payment information.
