Table Service allows users the ability to assign tickets and menu items to tables and seats. This mode also features the ability to keep tickets open and add courses to the open orders.


Payment is usually taken at the end of the meal unlike in quick service where payment is taken prior to service being provided.

The Login screen will scroll through a list of messages and specials that are displayed as reminders to the staff. These messages can be configured on the Manager Screen


You can also see a list of any items that have been 86'd from the menu and are currently unavailable for ordering. Instructions on 86-ing and item are located in the General Operations section of this manual.




The buttons located in the middle of the screen access various functions:

  • Table Manager: change table specific options


  • Time Clock: clock in or out of the system. See Time Clock



  • Wait List: Add Customer to Wait List




The right side of the screen contains the Login dialogue. Once logged in Servers will be taken to the Seating Manager screen allowing them to seat guests and place\change orders:
